Meet and Greet, FETC 2011 - Tuesday, Feb. 1 and Wednesday, Feb. 2

If you are attending this year's FETC as a Florida-Georgia Lutheran educator, stop by the Clarion Inn, I-Drive, after Tuesday's and/or Wednesday's sessions for a meet-and-greet sharing session sponsored by the District's Lutheran Administrator's Associate (LAA). The Clarion is only a mile from the Orange County Convention Center, the site of FETC 2011.

Paul Schwan, educator from St. Michael, Fort Myers, will host a meet-and-greet at the Palm Patio Lounge located inside the Clarion Inn beginning around 7:30 pm after the Tuesday night Exhibit Hall Grand Opening, which ends at 7 pm. This should give you enough time to drive to the Clarion. "The first drink is on the District," says LAA president Bob Ziegler, sponsor of the two evening get-togethers. Come for one or both evenings!

We'll meet again around 6:15 pm on Wednesday night following the final workshop which ends at 5:30 pm. Look for Paul. He's the guy with the "first free drink" card! (email Paul to swap phone numbers: fetcflga -at- gmail.com)

FETC 2011 - Florida-Georgia style!

Welcome, Lutheran educators! The Lutheran Administrator's Association of the Florida-Georgia District wants you to have a place to gather, to share, and to collaborate before, during and after this year's FETC in Orlando. If you'd like to participate, send an article (doesn't have to be long) to fetcflga -at- gmail.com, and we'll copy-and-paste it into a new blog post. You can also comment on others' blog posts directly. This experiment will be successful if YOU participate! See you at FETC.
